Time: 9:00 a.m.-2:00p.m./Registration starts at 9:00 a.m.—event starts at 10:00 a.m.

16+ event only

There will be 2 Climb options:

Competitive-21 Floors
Individual Race Team Relay
Start time will be assigned Start time will be assigned
2 people on the stairs at one time –

5 second delay between participants

Each team will have 1 team member on every 4th floor (elevator will take each member other than the person who begins the relay to their assigned floor).
Climbers are asked to stay to the inside  to allow others to pass Climbers are asked to stay to the inside to allow others to pass
Prize for best individual time 2 people on the stairs at one time – 5 second delay between participants

General FAQ:

  1. Upon arrival to please head to the registration area for assigned numbers and start times. Please bring your registration form & funds raised to the registration table.
  2. Please dress for an indoor climb. We will provide water and snacks.
  3. Please bring only what you need for climb-leave personal items at home as we will not have any storage.
  4. We recommend arriving at least 20 min in advance of your start time to make sure you can get through registration and be ready to begin on time.
  5. We encourage participants to spend at least two minutes warming up before running or walking the stairs.
  6. You may wear personal music devices as long as volume level allows you to hear instructions from building or emergency personnel and other climbers.
  7. Exits shall be available if you choose to stop the climb.
  8. No deadline for fundraising-may fundraise until you arrive at registration.
  9. There are many lots and garages, as well as street parking, surrounding the Assumption building. Please note that there is typically free street parking on weekends.
  10. Registrations will close 2 days before the event, January 26th.
  11. Donations can be made day of cash/cheque/debit/credit.
  12. Creating a team is a fun and easy way to add to your overall fundraising goal!
