Position:       Provincial Community Coordinator
Term:            Full-Time Position: 2 year-contract
Reports to:   Executive Director

This position is offered in partnership with the Government of New Brunswick, and as part of the New Brunswick Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) model. Community Connectors and Community Supporters are required to connect youth and family to who and what they need for success in school and life.

The Provincial Community Coordinator’s role will be to mentor Community Connectors and/or Community Supporters working in various schools in the Southeast Region, as well as three potential Community Connectors in three different sites in other health zones. The Provincial Community Coordinator will also assist in the development and evaluation of shared community outcomes and indicators to assess improved resiliency and positive mental health.  The chosen candidate will have a background that includes extensive experience in collaboration, community development, outcome measurement and working with children and youth.
